- Oversee all activities of the accounting, supervise and manage general accounting activities, analyses, reporting and the maintenance of effective internal controls while ensuring statutory compliance in all accounting initiatives
- Supervise and ensure optimization in end-of-period processes and support the analysis of the periodical business performance, budgets, and forecasts.
- Responsible for building talent across the accounting department and support continuous improvement initiatives across the finance department.
- Play a mentorship role to key accounting personnel, supporting their continuous professional growth and readying them for the succession of each of the critical positions in the future.Take over responsibility for complete accounting/audit of smaller entities at other locations in the Group in course of time.

Qualification: CA/CMA. CS desirable but not must.
At least 15 years of work experience in accounting with at least 10 years of people management experience.
